I'm 24, live in North Dallas, and I am a huge homer for all the teams I follow. I told you now, so you can't hold it against me in the future.
I went to Baylor University where I graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management. While I have always considered myself a good writer, I am not a writer by trade. Therefore, when and if I write articles and analysis on this site, there is almost certain to be grammatical errors. I don't care so don't bring them up to me. If it reads well and makes sense, then it is grammatically correct to me. (This is, of course, partially tongue-in-cheek. Nobody likes the "grammar police", but I welcome constructive criticism and article editing)
I have to admit, I do wish that I had studied some sort of sports journalism in school....

Hey, internet! Quick facts: I'm currently living in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. It's about an hour north of Milwaukee, where I'm planning on moving to after I find a real job to go along with my internship for the Milwaukee Wave indoor soccer team.
I'm a graduate from the University of Wisconsin - La Crosse class of '06, and then spent two years there as a television news reporter. It was fun, but ultimately wasn't for me. So in the meantime, I'm working on my blog, www.thebuckychannel.com, and planning my next move.
Also, I would like to use this space to thank my friend Brett Berenz, who helps me write The Bucky Channel, and is responsible for many of the Bucks articles that will be posted here.
Thanks for reading!

Ron Johnson
Height: 6'1
Weight: 175
From: St. Louis, Missouri
If there was ever a man who lived to shake up the foundation on "perfection," it is the enigma known as Ron Johnson. For the past two years, Johnson has been rocking the nation with countless submissions that challenge not only the conscience, but also the sports mind. From his censor filled "My Two Cents" to his comical "Dem Apples," Johnson is living proof that no name wannabes can even have their name etched in history.

I am the most passionate, obsessed Philadelphia Eagles fan in the entire world. My obsession with the Phillies is almost as extreme as with the Eagles, but if I were forced to pick, I would rather see the Eagles win the Super Bowl than the Phillies win the World Series. (Update: My life has now changed drastically since the Phillies won the World Series.) I own eighteen Philadelphia Eagles jerseys, can tell you from memory the score of every Eagles game in the Donovan McNabb era and I can recall hundreds of totally useless statistics.
Last year, I was privileged to work at Lincoln Financial Field for the Philadelphia Eagles during the 2007 season. As a member of the GameDay Staff, I had the responsibility of overseeing entire sections of the stadium during home games. I witnessed f...

6 - Jim Neveau
Writer bio
Jim Neveau is an aspiring sports-writer with many opinions and a penchant for taking unpopular viewpoints. He is a man who appreciates all sports, but the two dueling loves of his sports life are Major League Baseball and the National Hockey League.
He is the quintessential die-hard fan, suffering (happily) with the delusion that the Cubs will one day win that elusive World Series, while at the same time supporting the Blackhawks, a team that hasn't won a championship since 1961, 37 years and 24 more NHL teams ago.
Besides his twin Windy City infatuations, Jim also keeps tabs (and rooting interests) for the Bears, Suns, Bulls, and Coyotes. He is also a season ticket holder for Illinois football, and also supports Illinois and DePaul equally in all collegiate sports.
When he ...

I am a 24 year old sports writer living in Washington D.C. I grew up a huge football fan and will remain that way to the day I die. I love University of Virginia football, but I also love all college football. Currently I play semi-pro rugby in D.C. and have been since I was in college. I usually explain my near savant like knowledge of football and love for the game like this: I have brothers. And I went to USC. That shuts about 50% of inquisitors up. heh.
So yeah, About Me. I figured it was time I put something on this page for my readers and (hopefully there are no) stalkers. (Cause that stalking isht? Is Not Funny. I know. I was stalked last year. Grrrrr. He was not a sports fan, for the record.)
But I digress. Hi! I’m Amy, and I am Your Gridiron Goddess. I am a West Coast based writer and fanatical USC Trojan fan. I was born in Chicago, so claim as my birthright my love for Da Bears, The Cubbies, Da Bulls and even the White Sox. My family moved to Las Vegas when I was in 6th grade and they all still pretty much reside in Nevada. I moved to Los Angeles in 198...

I started pursuing writing dream 18 years ago covering high school and small college sports for a daily newspaper in Alabama. I moved to Atlanta in 1997 to work in corporate communications for seven years. That sports itch was always there, so I started freelancing to scratch it. After being downsized for the second time in three years in April, I decided to start my own freelance writing and editing business. Now I work at home full time(I can be difficult to deal with, but I'm not going to downsize myself!). I write for four sports sites, a flooring site and just about everything else under the sun. The bottom line is that I love to write and am lucky to be able to support my wife and two sons doing it.

I was 6 months old sitting in the arms of my mother in County Stadium as the Milwaukee Brewers finished off their home schedule against the Baltimore Orioles. Weeks later, the team would make their first (yeah, I said FIRST) World Series appearance. Of course, I had no clue what was going on and I have absolutely no recollection of that game now, but something did happen that day. Something epic. I caught Brewer Fever.
Fast forward more than a quarter century and I’ve still got the fever…
I live and die with every at-bat from April’s first pitch through the dog days of summer and into the title chase of October. From County Stadium to Miller Park… From Robin Yount to Ryan Braun… Through agonizing lows and exciting highs, I’ve always followed the Crew.
And soon it happened…
