Paul McIntyreCorrespondent IIIJanuary 1, 2012

It has been confirmed that wrestling legends such as Triple H, Kurt Angle and the late Eddie Guerrero will be involved in the controversial biopic about Chris Benoit.

Wrestlinginc.com reported on an interview done with the writer of the project, Sarah Coulter, who mentioned that there were plans for the inclusion of Benoit's fellow wrestlers.

Eddie [Guerrero] is obviously very important to the story. Triple HKurt Angle, they're all there, but it's early and things can still change.

Furthermore, she specified that the biopic, named Crossface, would focus mainly on the atrocities that occurred in 2007, when Benoit murdered his wife and child before committing suicide. Because of that, only selective parts of his wrestling career will be highlighted.

Ultimately, it's about the 2007 murders/suicide, so we had to pick and choose the right moments in Chris' career that may have been factors in his downfall.
