Everyone remembers the greatest superstar in WWE. He was known to the WWE universe as Edge and to his family and friends as Adam Copeland.
Edge had big dreams. He grew up watching wrestling and knew that he would one day become the best WWE superstar that he could possibly be. Edge captivated the fans. He went on to win the Intercontinental Championship, Money in the Bank, the World Heavyweight Championship and much more.
On April 11, 2011, Edge formally announced that he would be retiring from wrestling. Due to the nature of the job, Edge had numerous injuries during his career, and his doctor finally told him that he could not wrestle anymore.
Edge was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame on March 31, 2012 by his best friend and partner, Christian. Christian recalled their life together in the WWE and talked about how Edge's mom had to work two jobs to pay the bills and how he wanted to do well in the WWE to buy her a house of her own.
Currently, Edge is signed to a Legends contract with the WWE, but that contract expires on May 1, 2012, according to PWInsider.com. If he does not sign a new contract with WWE, he could then go wrestle with any company.
What does the future hold for Edge? Will he ever wrestle again?
Currently, Edge is making a movie, but that does not mean that we won't see him eventually going somewhere to wrestle, or teaching other people how to wrestle.
Personally, I would love to see Edge open a training facility like Booker T. I am sure that many new aspiring WWE superstars would love to be trained by The Rated "R" Superstar.
