I'm loving the Alshon Jeffery pick more and more.

Cliff Stein, the Bears' superb contract negotiator, wasted no time in getting to work as the Bears have inked their second-round pick to a four-year deal.

Jeffery's camp obviously wanted to get something done quickly, and this leads me to believe that Jeffery is going to come in very focused and motivated.

While I was a fan of this pick from the moment it was announced, this solidifies my thinking. Add another feather to the cap of Stein as he is the best in the business at getting rookie contracts done quickly.

Welcome to Chicago, Alshon. Please keep away from Lou Malnati's and Gino's!
