A few moments ago in Denmark, top Super Middleweight Mikkel Kessler knocked out Allan Green in the fourth round of a really good fight. Kessler threw a hard left hook that had Green knocked out cold before his head hit the floor.

The first round saw back and forth action before Green rocked Kessler with a right hand and knocked him down. However, by the end of the round, Kessler rocked Green, and it looked like we were in for a heck of the fight.

The second and third rounds were much of the same, with the two fighters throwing hard shots at one another, with the outcome legitimately in doubt.

That all changed in the fourth round when Kessler flattened Green in one of the most spectacular one punch knockouts you'll ever see. If there was any doubt about whether or not Kessler still possesses one-punch-knockout power, that question was answered tonight.

From here, Kessler can look to fight any of the top Super Middleweights or Light Heavyweights in the world. He'd love a rematch with Andre Ward, or the winner of Lucian Bute and Carl Froch later this month. Either would make for good fights.

For Green, his career is pretty much done at the top level at least. He can beat journeymen, but he can't hang with the elite in the sport.

It was a memorable knockout for Kessler, and he looks to still have excellent skills and can definitely make some more noise in the sport.

Check out the knockout later when it gets posted to YouTube.
