dave darbySenior Analyst IFebruary 28, 2009

Drake (17-, 7-10) at Bradley (16-13, 9-8)

Line: Bradley -6

Drake lost to Southern Illinois 55-56  on Wednesday in the last home game of the year for the Bulldogs. Although Drake scored 10 more points than the Salukis at the free throw line, the Bulldogs shot just 27.6 percent from the floor and were our rebounded 31 to 44 in the game. Drake defeated Bradley at home 68-54 back on February 7th.

Bradley fell victim to the Aces of Evansville 49-56 on Wednesday. David Collins (10 points) was the only player for Bradley to reach double figures in points scored.

The loss halted a three game win streak and placed the Braves fourth place finish in the Missouri Valley Conference in doubt. A win here against Drake assures the fourth place finish with no shot at third.
