In speaking Thursday with the Cleveland Plain Dealer's Mary Kay Cabot, new Cleveland Browns CEO Joe Banner says that he and new owner Jimmy Haslam will decide at the end of this season whether rookie quarterback Brandon Weeden is their long-term solution at the position or if they will go in a different direction.
