With Thursday’s edition of TNA Impact Wrestling being the go-home show for Sunday’s Final Resolution pay-per-view, the finishing touches on the build for the event must be put into place this week.
TNA must get the fans interested in this PPV fast, or this show will not be a success.
There is a serious lack of continuity between storylines in the company right now, but the hope is more stable long-term booking will help solve all of the illogical missteps taken each week.
The wrestling fans that tune in can only hope!

Six-Man Main Event
When the giant six-man main event kicks off—Jeff Hardy, AJ Styles and James Storm versus Bobby Roode, Christopher Daniels and Kazarian—it will become clear that this is a pre-PPV tag match to get all the big matches of the card all together in one bout; it’s the Teddy Long special.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Will this match be cooler than anything on the PPV?
TNA always puts on great PPVs because of the depth of in-ring talent they have, but it is the lackluster booking that hurts the events. With that said, this six-man main event on Impact has the potential to be as interesting as anything at Final Resolution.
Hype Meter: 5 out of 5 Interesting Go-Home Matches
The company deserves immense credit for putting together a logical match that helps tease the next event while keeping the fans interested enough to watch the Thursday broadcast. While it is a baby step, it’s good to see TNA still knows how to properly book from time-to-time.

Bully Ray and Hulk Hogan
Despite being one of the best characters in all of wrestling, TNA has decided to alter Bully Ray by making him a face that is teasing a relationship with Hulk Hogan’s daughter. The company turned their best heel into a tweener.
Question on Everybody's Mind: Why wouldn’t they keep Bully Ray heel?
While it is bad enough that they are turning the star—a move that can be defended because of the company trying to capitalize on his momentum—the fact that Bully Ray is now involved in a love angle with Brook Hogan is awful.
Hype Meter: 3 out of 5 Hulk Hogan Promos
This angle gets even worse when you factor in the involvement of Impact’s GM Hulk Hogan and one of the top stars in the company, Austin Aries. With so much focus on this storyline, the glaring errors and awful writing are being exposed weekly.

Aces and Eights Challenges TNA’s Top Guys
With Devon calling out Samoa Joe and getting a Television Championship shot, and the scheduled match between DOC and Kurt Angle, how in the world the Aces and Eights gang keeps talking their way into major matches and why they even want to challenge for meaningless titles is beyond me.
Question on Everybody's Mind: How long until the next reveal?
It has been long enough since the last member of Aces and Eights was revealed, so TNA will likely be giving away another member of the group sooner rather than later. With Garett Bischoff, Wes Brisco and D’Lo top candidates, this is going to make DOC’s reveal feel epic.
Hype Meter: 1 out of 5 Sons of Anarchy Prop Trailer Raids
There is no question that this angle could be very entertaining—the love for heel stables is well documented—but the execution and reveals have been lackluster at best. While The Shield in the WWE is the right way to get over young guys, the Aces and Eights angle has been handled poorly from the start.
