With an exciting 13th week under our belts, here are the LestersLegends 2012 Week 14 fantasy football team defense rankings.

1. Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks rank fourth in total defense (313.4 yards allowed per game) and third in scoring defense (16.8 points allowed per game). The Arizona Cardinals are a disaster on offense. They rank dead last in total offense (279.1 yards per game) and scoring offense (15.5 points per game). Their quarterback play is off-the-charts bad.

2. Chicago Bears

The Bears rank fifth in total defense (319.7) and second in scoring defense (16.5). The Vikings' Adrian Peterson is a handful, but Christian Ponder is playing as bad as any quarterback outside of Arizona.

3. Denver Broncos

The Broncos rank third in total defense (308.2) and 10th in scoring defense (20.3). They will likely get up big, which will allow Von Miller and Elvis Dumervil to pin their ears back and get after Oakland's Carson Palmer. That should lead to plenty of sacks and multiple interceptions.

4. San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers rank second in total defense (279.6) and lead the league in scoring defense (14.2). The Miami Dolphins rank 28th in total offense (317.6) and 27th in scoring offense (18.9). They are averaging 15.4 points in their past five games.

5. Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers lead the league in total defense (259.8) and rank sixth in scoring defense (19.2). The San Diego Chargers rank 26th in total offense (322.1). They have scored 13 points in each of the past two games, and a combined 32 points in three games against the AFC Central.

6. Cleveland Browns

The Browns have allowed just 17 points per game in their past six games. The Kansas City Chiefs rank 31st in scoring (15.7). Last week they were able to win in spite of the emotions they had to be feeling from Jovan Belcher's senseless violence. I think it catches up with them this week.

7. Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jags aren't a good defensive team by any means, but the New York Jets have serious issues at quarterback.

8. New York Jets

The Jaguars have improved offensively, but they aren't out of the woods yet. Especially if Cecil Shorts and Rashad Jennings (concussions) are out.

9. Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals ranks eighth in total defense (331.3). They are giving up 10.5 points per game during their current four-game winning streak. The Cowboys' Tony Romo seems to implode at the wrong times.

10. Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Bryce Brown has been running wild, but the Bucs have the league's best run defense. The Philadelphia Eagles are a mess. They rank 29th in scoring offense (18.1).
