Arian Foster has an adorable young fan who sent him a precious get-well card when she heard his heart had an irregular heartbeat.

The star running back had to leave Sunday's game early with what was later diagnosed as an irregular heartbeat.

Yahoo! Sports reports on a cute fan who wanted to send her hero something to wish him well as his ticker was getting looked at by doctors.

A young girl named Macie no doubt heard about this irregular heartbeat and thought she would take some colorful pens to paper. Consider all of our hearts warmed after this adorable tweet.

Tell her im ok! thank her for the love. RT @briandammeyer: My daughter is worried about arian.... Hope he is doing well twitter.com/BrianDammeyer/…

You really have to love the age we live in.

Everything is far more interactive than ever before. This little girl makes a beautiful card that would never raise more than a glowing smile from her parents.

Now the world gets the reminder of how amazing kids can be and a show of appreciation from the actual star athlete in question.

If you are keeping score at home, that's awesome all around.

As the Yahoo! Sports report reminds us, Foster never returned to Sunday's game, which the Texans lost, but has been cleared to play this Sunday as Houston wraps up the regular season against the Indianapolis Colts.

One little girl who will be thrilled to watch the game is Macie, who I imagine will be ready, pens in hand, to take it all in.
