Worst Contracts in the NBA

When big-market teams sign big-time players, the fans and everyone involved with the team want production. However, that's not always the case.

Take New York Knicks power forward Amare Stoudemire.

This week, Stoudemire was cleared to play at least 30 minutes in a game coming after his delayed start to the season due to injury. As a Knicks fan, that's not exactly the type of headline you want to read in the middle of the season about a player your favorite team signed to a five-year, $99.7 million contract.
