Fans better get used to a heavy dose of hockey in a very short period of time, and players better acclimate to such a condensed schedule.

While the nature of so many back-to-backs and crazy road trips will certainly take its toll, some guys are licking their chops at the opportunity—and it's not just the superstars like Alexander Ovechkin, Evgeni Malkin and Steven Stamkos.

Forwards akin to Bobby Ryan, Tyler Seguin and Matt Duchene not only have the young legs necessary to brace such a schedule, but the talent to lead their teams on a Stanley Cup chase.
