The Thursday, Jan. 17 edition of TNA Impact! Wrestling opened with a video package recapping the latest events revolving around the show in the past few weeks.

Wedding decorations are shown hyping Bully Ray and Brooke Hogan's marriage. As Ray is getting ready for his wedding backstage, Spike Dudley and Tommy Dreamer make a surprise appearance, congratulating him on his marriage.

TNA World Heavyweight Champion Jeff Hardy also came out to the ring. Hardy thanked the wrestling fans for their support. As Hardy continued to talk, Kazarian and Christopher Daniels interrupted his celebration by coming out to the ring. Daniels went face-to-face with Hardy, talking about his recent success in TNA. He told Hardy that the people who support him are nothing but losers.

A brawl subsequently ensued, pitting Hardy against Daniels and Kazarian. As Hardy continued his struggle against Daniels and Kazarian, James Storm ran out towards the ring to make the save. Storm demanded a tag team match to kick things off on Impact! Wrestling.

Match No. 1: James Storm and Jeff Hardy vs. Christopher Daniels and Kazarian

Your winner via pin fall: Jeff Hardy and James Storm. Pretty solid opening tag team match to get things started on the right note for Impact! Wrestling. It should be rather interesting to see what the match outcome will be between Hardy and Daniels for the TNA World Heavyweight title next week on Impact! Wrestling

Match Rating: 3.5/5.

Jay Bradley and Brian Cage arrived to the ring to find out which one of them would make the TNA roster. Bruce Prichard announced to Cage that he had been eliminated. Tazz went first and gave Bradley a thumbs down. Bradley took the microphone and plead his case on why he should have be on the TNA roster. Al Snow and Prichard voted yes, thus allowing Bradley to join TNA.

Match No. 2: Christian York vs. Kenny King

Your winner via pin fall: Kenny King. This X-Division match got a tad messy towards the end. The potential for a great match was there, but unfortunately, it was not executed.

Match Rating: 2.5/5.

Backstage, Ray met with Sting. Sting told Ray he would try to convince Hulk Hogan to walk his daughter, Brooke, to the ring for their wedding.

After a video package hyping the wedding between Ray and Brooke, Sting comes out to the ring. He calls out Hulk Hogan to join him in the ring. Sting asks Hogan what more it would take for Ray to prove he is the right person for his daughter. Hogan tells Sting he will never trust Ray and that the right thing will happen.

Match No. 3: Gail Kim vs. Velvet Sky

Your winner via pin fall: Velvet Sky. Decent Knockouts division match, as the ending saw Sky being able to comeback and score the victory.

Match Rating: 3/5.

Backstage, Brooke and TNA President Dixie Carter discussed and shared their excitement for the wedding.

After a commercial break, Bobby Roode and Austin Aries came out to the ring. Roode and Aries took the microphone and began to talk about their own success in 2012. They pointed out that TNA has no respect for them. Roode said they both object to the wedding but are quickly interrupted by the TNA Tag Team champions Chavo Guerrero and Hernandez. A brawl then erupts in the ring, as Guerrero and Hernandez force Aries and Roode outside the ring.

With the ring decorated for the wedding, Ray comes out first. Dreamer, Miss Tessmacher, Dudley, Mickie James, Tazz and Christie Hemme then come out to join the celebration. After Brooke walks out alone, Hogan makes a surprise appearance by walking her down the entrance way.

Brooke and Ray both express how much they love each other. Suddenly, Tazz takes control of the microphone and asks Ray if he sure the wedding should continue on. Tazz takes off his jacket and reveals he is wearing an Aces and Eights vest. Suddenly, Aces and Eights storm the ring and attack everyone in the ring as Impact! Wrestling closes to a stunning end.
