National Signing Day is almost upon us, and it's time to break down the best players still available.

There are some elite players still ripe for the taking, and there are some powerhouse teams who are in play for their services.

Who are the best players still available, and which teams are interested?

Read on to find out.

Robert Nkemdiche, DE

Robert Nkemdiche is the consensus best player in the country, and there is a recruiting war for his services going on.

The 6'4", 285-pound defensive end has rare speed for his size and backs it up with top strength. He's a future NFL star.

Many teams are in on him. Ole Miss, LSU, Florida, Alabama and Auburn all have a chance to sign this budding star.

Nkemdiche will be a starter from the moment he sets foot onto campus and could be a future No.1 overall pick in the pros.

Reuben Foster, ILB

Reuben Foster is the 15th-ranked prospect in the nation and the best inside linebacker, according to 247sports. Of course, he's highly sought after.

The Team Nitro MVP in the Under Armour-All America Game is considering Auburn, Georgia, Alabama, LSU and Washington.

Foster has great speed and has sideline-to-sideline range. The 6'2", 240-pounder is able to stop the run and cover the pass well.

Foster has the ability to step in and start right away and will make quite the impact in college football.

Derrick Green, RB

Derrick Green is the 84th-ranked player in the nation and the eighth-best running back in the country, according to 247sports.com.

The 6'0", 225-pound running back has the size to run between the tackles and the speed to get to the outside. It's a rare combination.

Green is considering Michigan, Auburn, Tennessee, Alabama and Arkansas.

He projects as a top-tier running back who can start almost immediately. He is a rare talent.

Look for the intrigue around Green to increase as National Signing Day nears. Whoever gets him will be quite lucky.
