First it was Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy, now it's No. 1 seeds Luke Donald and Louis Oosthuizen to fall in the 2013 Accenture Match Play Championship in snowy Arizona (pgatour.com). Who would have guessed every top seed would have been ousted before the third round even began?

After knocking off No. 8 seed Paul Lawrie (four up) in the opening round of the Accenture Match Play Championship in snowy Arizona, Scott Piercy handily defeated No. 1 seed Luke Donald (seven up). Up next for Piercy will be the winner of the match between Steve Stricker and Nick Watney.

As for Oosthuizen, he fell to Robert Garrigus in round two after playing only 16 holes (three up). Garrigus eliminated Brandon Grace (four up) to setup the match between the No. 1 seed Oosthuizen. He will next face No. 12 seed Fredrick Jacobson in the Ben Hogan bracket.

With all four No. 1 seeds now eliminated at The Golf Club at Dove Mountain, it's really a wide-open event to be had by any of a handful of golfers. Despite all No. 1 seeds out at this point, it should set up to be a nice finish this weekend in Arizona.
