Nationals-Themed Bathroom May Cause Immense Lavatory Envy

If you are completely happy with your regular, run-of-the-mill bathroom that doesn't feature a heavy sports theme, look away. The following pictures will fill you with jealousy that may just mandate a sudden remodel.

Curbed DC (h/t Larry Brown Sports, DC Sports Bog) reports on a Washington D.C. couple who transformed their entire bathroom into a Nationals sanctuary.

Here are the amazing images from a bathroom that is not yours, and that should make you very sad.

Now, don't act like you're not impressed.

Larry Brown Sports explains a little further about two sports nuts who couldn't go one more day without relaxing in the comfort that is a Nationals extravaganza.

It seems the couple from Rockville, Md. actually grew up in different areas and had loyalties for other teams.

The woman in the relationship was a Mets fan, and her male counterpart claimed the Red Sox as his favorite team. Once they moved to the D.C. area, they attempted to follow one team together. I know—it's so adorable I may have to use that Nats bathroom.

When the Nationals moved to town, one thing led to another and they fell in love with their new Washington franchise.

They were so head over heels that they recently decided to procure the services of Case Design/Remodeling for their sports-related needs.

Now you can go home and walk into your bathroom filled with depression that just wasn't there a moment ago.

I am sure that medicine cabinet is swell and the bath mat is fuzzy and comfortable to walk on after your shower—but is your team's logo emblazoned all over the place?

Yeah, didn't think so.

Hit me up on Twitter, especially if your bathroom is better than this one.
