Scouting Guide: Damiao is a well-rounded centre-forward who can offer his team an effective outlet when moving forward. His 6'2" stature and deceptive pace gives centre-backs plenty to think about, especially when you consider the Brazilian's excellent close control. He likes to stretch the opposition with clever movement and is a dangerous finisher in both ground and aerial situations.

Where Next? Tottenham Hotspur were linked with Damiao in the January transfer window and are ready to open negotiations now the Premier League season is over, according to Sky Sports.

Metro reports Internacional president Giovanni Luigi has ruled out a bid by Napoli and will consider a £16 million bid from Spurs. Right now, all the signs are pointing towards Damiao moving to White Hart Lane.
