Big news on the Diva's front as it appears Tamina Snuka is the latest WWE star to fall victim to a concussion.

The news broke on Thursday as WrestleZone.com revealed that the WWE had confirmed the injury and stated "Tamina Snuka did indeed suffer a concussion during her recent Superstars bout against Natalya. The concussion came after Natalya clotheslined Tamina during the bout."

This is not the biggest blow to the company's roster as Snuka is sparsely used on TV and is not in any major story lines. That being said, she is still a contributing part of the roster and will be missing some time due to this injury.

Unfortunately, this marks the third concussion in two months for the company and roughly eighth significant injury since WrestleMania. For some reason, the WWE's roster has been riddled with injuries of late, and with the exception of Tamina, it has really affected its pay-per-views and story lines.

Personally, I am hopeful that this is a wake-up call and the WWE reconsiders its antiquated touring schedule. At the very least it would give its ailing stars some more time to heal, while also making their live events seem more significant because they aren't coming to town every couple of months.

I also feel a scaled back pay-per-view schedule would help, as it would release some pressure from the wrestlers and creative department; not to mention the wonders it would do for the planning of these events and the amount of time it would allow for a story line to build.

In the end, this is a tough break for Tamina and the Diva's division. Let's just hope that she pulls through alright and comes back with a vengeance when she is ready.
