Christian Miller was once committed to Florida, but after decommitting in May and taking a few visits, the 4-star outside linebacker has decided to commit to Alabama.

Derek Tyson of reports on the commitment via Twitter (also tagging Greg Ostendorf of ESPN):

Kipp Adams of ESPN passes on Miller's tweet on his commitment:

Miller is 6'4'', 222 pounds and runs a 4.74 40, according to 247Sports. This is truly a case of "the rich getting richer" (save your jokes 'Bama haters), considering that Miller is ranked as the No. 3 outside linebacker nationally and the No. 1 player from South Carolina, according to 247Sports.

Alabama didn't need much help at linebacker to begin with, but per usual, the Crimson Tide keep on rolling.

Saban's 2014 class now features 16 commitments, including three linebackers. Miller joins 4-star inside linebackers Shaun Hamilton and Zach Whitley in a group that's sure to replenish the Tide's depth chart. Linebacker depth is extremely important in a 3-4 system, so the significance of Miller's commitment can't be overstated.

Alabama now has the No. 1 class in the nation, according to the 247Sports team rankings, jumping from No. 4 over a very hot Tennessee program and Florida State.

The Tide are in the still running for elite recruits such as 5-star running back Leonard Fournette, 5-star offensive tackle Cameron Robinson and 5-star cornerback Marlon Humphrey, among others.

Alabama's class looks great now, but there's a high possibility that it will get much, much better by signing day.
