This super filly is seen as the best horse since Man o' War, and the hype for this horse in the Preakness is unheard of. A filly has not won the Preakness since 1924. In fact, no filly has run in the race since 1999.

Make sure you check back with Craig from CT Sports Picks, as tomorrow he will have the winning Exacta play!

If that story is not good enough, jockey Calvin Borrell of the Kentucky Derby winner Mine That Bird will jump to Rachel Alexander. In fairness to Borrell, he had ridden Rachel Alexander in all of her recent wins. Borrell has said that Rachel Alexander is the best horse he has ever ridden, which is big, since he has ridden two Kentucky Derby Winners.

The future is bright for this filly, and if she is as good as we all think she is, who knows what she will do for an encore? Owners have spread the rumors that if she runs well in the Preakness, she will start aiming for the Breeders' Cup. Can you imagine Curlin vs. Rachel Alexander?

Can't wait to see how this unfolds!
