Jake Martin@JakeMartinSECCorrespondent IIIAugust 31, 2013

The LSU Tigers and TCU Horned Frogs kick off their 2013 season in style on Saturday. Under the bright lights of Cowboy Stadium, LSU and TCU open the year with one of the most anticipated college football games of the year.

With kickoff just a few hours away, here are a few things to consider going into the contest. First, for LSU, what kind of effect will new offensive coordinator Cam Cameron have on the team? Will Zach Mettenberger improve with his presence?

As for TCU, will All-American Devonte Fields play after TCU head coach Gary Patterson made a vague remark regarding his participation? On the opposite side, will the absence of LSU running back Jeremy Hill affect the running game?

All of these questions will be answered at 9 p.m. ET on ESPN, and you can follow all of the action with yours truly here.
