Final: Washington 38, Boise State 6

The Broncos and Huskies traded interceptions, but it is Washington who took full advantage of it early. The Huskies also blocked a Boise State field goal. However, the Broncos returned the favor by stopping a fourth down attempt in the red zone.

The Huskies and Broncos then traded field goals, but it is the Huskies were clearly playing better all night long.

In the second half it just got ugly. For the first time in coach Petersen's era, the Broncos received an outright thumping.

This game, from the beginning, felt like a mismatch. Either Boise State is having a huge down year, or Washington is just that good.

Only time will tell, but no matter the case, Washington showed they were the better team tonight.
