Greetings all, and welcome to our first real NFL game of the season, as Baltimore heads to Denver to take on the Broncos. With real games comes real injuries. We've had a lot of them in the preseason, but both teams come into tonight relatively healthy. That means the game should be decided on the field, not in the training room.

I'm Will Carroll, Bleacher Report's sports medicine guy. I'll be here through the game discussing injuries, fantasy and keeping you up to date on the pregame moves and the in-game injuries. Tyler Brooke is my able assistant, making sure you don't miss any of the news and notes while I'm on the phone with my sources.

We'll do our best to take questions as well, if you'd like to aim those at my Twitter feed (@injuryexpert) or Tyler's (@T_Brookey). We'll have some fun as we watch the Broncos take on Baltimore, an appetizer for the opening of the 2013 NFL season.
