Eric Reid Injury: Updates on 49ers Safety's Concussion, Potential Return Date

49ers safety Eric Reid exited Sunday night's game vs. Seattle with a head injury and did not return. According to Bay Area News Group's Cam Inman, Reid sustained a concussion:

NBC Sports outlines the play where Reid sustained the head injury:

49ers defensive back Eric Reid is being helped off the field after hitting his head on Sidney Rice's chest while making a tackle.

Reid has been cleared for Sunday's game against the Colts.
