The first three weeks of the 2013 NFL schedule have presented us with an alarming number of upsets, which is a big reason why there are a handful of teams that have shockingly bad records after being considered potential postseason contenders heading into the season.
It's also why previously mediocre squads such as Kansas City and Miami enter Week 4 at 3-0, as it has been a wildly unpredictable NFL campaign thus far.
Now, with a full slate of intriguing tilts on tap for this weekend, here's a look at which winless teams will rebound to claim victories in surprising fashion, as well as a complete set of picks for Week 4.

Washington Redskins vs. Oakland Raiders
No, neither team has been overly impressive thus far, but with the league's worst defense to date, the Washington Redskins shouldn't be viewed as a favorite over anyone at this stage.
Through the first three weeks of the season, RGIII has been mediocre at best, and Washington's defense has had a huge amount of trouble getting stops at critical points, so Mike Shanahan's team needs this one badly.
It won't be pretty, but RGIII will limit his turnovers, and the Redskins will get an all-important road win in Oakland in Week 4.
Prediction: Redskins 27, Raiders 23
New York Giants vs. Kansas City Chiefs
For the New York Giants, the first three weeks of the season have gone terribly, as Tom Coughlin's boys have limped to an 0-3 start less than 24 months after their Super Bowl victory.
And now, with undefeated Kansas City set to host Eli Manning and company in Week 4, things won't be getting any easier for the Giants.
However, Coughlin will get his team up for this one, and a motivated Manning will lead New York to a much-needed upset win over Alex Smith's Chiefs on the road.
Just one week after giving up an unthinkable 38 points to Carolina, the G-men will bounce back with a much better outing at Arrowhead Stadium.
Prediction: Giants 31, Chiefs 24
Arizona Cardinals vs. Tampa Bay Buccaneers
With just 34 points through three weeks, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers offense has been toothless thus far, but with a home date against the 1-2 Cardinals next up, Tampa Bay has a golden opportunity to grab its first win of the season in Week 4.
Against the league's 26th-best pass defense, Josh Freeman will have his best game of the season to date, and the Bucs will squeak out a victory at home against an Arizona team that will be reeling after getting pummeled by New Orleans on the road in Week 3.
Doug Martin will continue to put up impressive numbers on the ground, and the Bucs will outgun Arizona's struggling offense to get that elusive first win of 2013.
It'll be an ugly one, but the Cardinals will surrender 21 or more points for the fourth consecutive week, and Tampa Bay will send fans home happy Sunday.
Prediction: Buccaneers 21, Cardinals 17
