Who, or What, is Responsible for the Philadelphia Eagles' Slow Start?

That Monday night victory against the Washington Redskins must feel like a lifetime ago for Philadelphia Eagles fans. 

Since then, the Eagles have gone on a three-game losing streak, the latest loss coming courtesy of a 52-20 beatdown by the Denver Broncos. Eagles head coach Chip Kelly was known for blowing teams out when he was at Oregon. Dropping 50 on the opposition was what Eagles fans were hoping they'd see this fall, not the other way around.
