MLB Knuckleheads of the Week

Gabe Zaldivar@gabezalPop Culture Lead WriterSeptember 30, 2013

It was a great week for MLB players losing their collective minds.

Rather than pick from the best of the bunch, this week’s edition of MLB Knuckleheads features a bevy of unfortunate incidents.

Join along with MLB Lead Writer Zachary Rymer and MLB Contributor Gabe Zaldivar as they recount all the zany antics from the past week.

From Carlos Gomez’s hour-long trot to celebrate a home run off Paul Maholm to the San Francisco Giants throwing money at Hunter Pence, we have you covered.

The worst part of this week’s knuckleheads is the knowledge that the regular season is over, robbing us of some rather hilarious inanity.

Go ahead and sift through the pile and suggest some of your own nominations in the comments section below, or just chime in on your own.

Thankfully, baseball players aren’t always the brightest, but they are certainly the most entertaining.
