Dave Matter of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch has an update on James Franklin's status for Missouri's game vs. Ole Miss:

James Franklin listed as Mizzou starting QB on depth chart for Ole Miss game.

Head coach Gary Pinkel talked about Franklin's status to David Morrison of the Columbia Daily Tribune:

Pinkel, on James Franklin coming back: "He looks really good. He looks like he did when he left off."
