James Harden Injury: Updates on Rockets Star's Knee, Likely Return Date

Houston Rockets fans saw their worst nightmares realized when James Harden had to exit the team's preseason game against the Memphis Grizzlies in the first quarter Friday night.

Jason Friedman of Rockets.com reported Harden took a hit to his knee and immediately went back to the locker room:

Rockets get scare as Harden exits, heads straight to locker room after taking shot to right knee. Will update status when available.

The Houston Chronicle's Jonathan Feigen reported the star guard would be out for the rest of the game:

Harden is out for the rest of the game with a bruised right knee.
