Stevan Ridley: Recapping Ridley's Week 11 Fantasy Performance

RotoWireContributor November 19, 2013

Ridley found the promised land for the fifth-straight game Monday at Carolina. The third-year running back from LSU rushed 13 times for 48 yards and a touchdown in the 24-20 loss.
On the downside, Ridley lost yet another fumble and was briefly benched in favor of LeGarrette Blount. He returned to carry the ball in the fourth quarter, but has now lost fumbles in consecutive weeks for the Patriots. Ridley's penchant for finding the end zone makes him too valuable to sit, but coach Bill Belichick could be growing weary of Ridley's inability to secure the football. He remains the starter for now, but Shane Vereen returned from injury to play a pivotal role in the passing game and could cut into Ridley's reps moving forward.
