We bemoan the lack of technically gifted players in the British Isles, but Thursday night, a young English player turned on the tricks in a European game.

Admittedly, it was Maribor vs. Wigan in the Europa League—and skills aside, Wigan went down 2-1 and saw their campaign come to an end in the group stage. But for the six seconds of this Vine video at least, Wigan's Callum McManaman owned the defence.
