San Antonio Spurs Mascot Loses His Eyes After Being Hit in Face by Errant Bounce

Creep Factor: 1,000

During the San Antonio Spurs' Wednesday night matchup with the Denver Nuggets, Denver guard Aaron Brooks chased a ball off the court. Somewhere along the way, the ball took a bad hop and rocketed into the head of the Spurs mascot, "The Coyote."

What resulted was some two-part creepiness. First, the eyes on The Coyote turned sideways, stacked one on top of the other. Then they fell off.

Thankfully, a cameraman later helped the poor mascot with his ocular malfunction. The Spurs went on to win, 108-103.
