With the summer transfer window approaching, it's worth taking a look at some of the players that are linked with AC Milan.

Coach Clarence Seedorf will be desperate to build a squad that mirrors his philosophy, so plenty of new players will be linked, and there should be another mass exodus from the club.

Here are the latest transfer rumours surrounding the Rossoneri.

According to Football Italia, Adriano Galliani has said that there's been a fee set with both the agents of Adel Taarabt and Adil Rami to keep them at Milan permanently.

The two have been some of the best performers since January and the San Siro faithful have taken a liking to them.

Expect Taarabt to continue playing in his attacking midfield position with regularity while Adil Rami has cemented his spot at the back and just needs a consistent central defender to partner with.

According to Reuters (via Yahoo! Sports), the family of Milan president Silvio Berlusconi is prepared to sell "a stake of between 20 and 30 percent" of the team that he purchased nearly three decades ago.

The sale would most likely be targeted at foreign investors who could help pump new money into the club and bring the team back to their glory days.

According to AS (via Football Italia), Kaka might have a verbal agreement with Orlando's new MLS side, Orlando City Soccer Club.

Without European action on the horizon, Milan might be forced to part ways with the legendary Brazilian attacking midfielder.

The MLS has been recruiting some of the top players in Europe, so it wouldn't be too surprising to see someone of Kaka's ilk going stateside.
