Montclair State University Lacrosse Team Fools Defense with Hidden Ball Trick

The Montclair State University (Montclair, N.J.) lacrosse team deserves a lot of credit for completely fooling the Kean University (Union, N.J.) defense.

In a tight game on Wednesday, April 23, Montclair pulled off the hidden ball trick to perfection. Brett Mangan (wearing number 7) was the player who gets credit for the goal, but his teammates did a great job of not giving the play away.

At the :12 mark of the video, you can see Mangan with the fake flip to his teammate coming onto the field, leading to the goal. He finished the game with four goals, and his big game was enough to help the Red Hawks pull out a 10-8 victory.
