Well never mind what I said in yesterday's article. Carey Price gets the night off.
Montreal Canadiens head coach Guy Carbonneau has elected to go with backup goaltender Jaroslav Halak in game four against the Philadephia Flyers.
The majority of TV panelists and journalists are quite surprised as well.
Is it a gamble or something else?
There is some speculation that Price's trapper hand may be injured dating back to the first round series against Boston, which does explain two bad bounces off his glove resulting in goals and two puck handling incidents with his glove so far in the playoffs.
Carbonneau will also start veteran defenceman Patrice Brisebois who returns from a leg injury.
Winger Sergei Kostitsyn has a reported lower body injury and is a game time decision. If he is out, Michael Ryder will take his place.

The problem with the Habs is Gainey, and only a few have the guts to address his mistakes. The Huet trade, and leaving the nets to two young players was a joke. We could of drafted Kopitar, Corey Perry and Getzlaf a few years ago, giving us a bright future with skilled fowards with size. Gainey and his small Euros are a joke. Habs fans, our 100th anniversary is next year, do you really want to see us led to another losing playoffs with Kovalev and Koivu as the leaders, go to Habs inside/out site..which is the Official site of the team, and tell them resoundingly NO..
