Neymar needed just under half an hour to make his presence felt at the World Cup, as Brazil levelled the score at 1-1 against Croatia.

A clumsy own goal from Marcelo had threatened to spoil the party in Sao Paulo, but Neymar's fine low shot from outside the penalty area was too good for Croatia goalkeeper Stipe Pletikosa to stop.
