Astronauts Watch World Cup Match in Space

You already knew the World Cup was the biggest sporting event on Earth.

It's also the most watched sports event in space right now, after Alexander Gerst and his fellow astronauts managed to catch 20 minutes of Germany vs. Portugal on Monday.

Being German, Gerst no doubt enjoyed Die Mannschaft's 4-0 battering of Cristiano Ronaldo's Portugal.
