If the Gronk hears music, he’s going to dance.

This is the one cardinal rule Rob Gronkowski lives by, and the New England Patriots tight end stuck to his code again Tuesday night when he danced his giant heart out at a Beyonce and Jay Z concert at Gillette Stadium.

Gronkowski arrived on the scene early, taking pictures with fans and making the rest of the human race look like children.

Naturally, this was just a warm-up for Gronkowski, who would go on to commandeer the floor with his patented dance spasms.

The crowning moment of the evening, however, came when Gronkowski danced himself clean alongside Patriots owner Robert Kraft.

Bill Speros of Obnoxious Boston Fan spotted video of the dance-off. The footage is poorly lit and grainy, but the man in white grooving opposite Gronkowski appears to be the 73-year-old business magnate.

Twitter traffic seems to corroborate that it was the Patriots owner on the concert floor:

I guess this means the Patriots aren’t anti-Gronk partying?

They certainly aren’t anti-Chuck. Charles Barkley made an appearance at the concert, taking pictures and chatting with the Patriots tight end.

Oh, to be a fly on Chuck’s head during that conversation.

The Patriots report to training camp July 24, and judging by Gronkowski’s hop-heavy dancing, his injured knee is well on the mend.

Sometimes, you need to step back and let Gronk do the things Gronk does. After all, if Mr. Kraft is fine with his players slam-dancing at a Beyonce and Jay Z concert, there’s not much left to say on the matter.
