And David McDonnell of the Mirror says that the 25-year-old has snubbed a transfer to Barcelona in favour of a move to the Premier League to play for Louis van Gaal.
However, Dortmund boss Jurgen Klopp has dismissed claims that Hummels or Marco Reus will leave his team anytime soon.
He said, per McDonnell:
"Both will stay here this season. There is no tendency they'd want to be elsewhere. Did they also say €20 million? When papers mention such numbers you know it's garbage."

Cuadrado had an outstanding tournament in Brazil, providing four assists and scoring once for his country in his five matches, per WhoScored.com.
The player's versatility in the wide areas would be seen as an asset in Louis van Gaal's preferred system of 4-3-3 and he could be a long term replacement for Nani, who has flattered to deceive in the past few seasons.

Juventus director Pavel Nedved has confirmed that his club will consider a "high bid" for their superstar midfielder, Arturo Vidal.
