New York Jets head coach Rex Ryan gets asked plenty of questions during every press conference, so he decided to switch things up Saturday.

After practice, Ryan decided to switch spots with ESPN New York's Rich Cimini, asking him questions while sitting with the reporters instead of the other way around. While it was originally intended to be a bit of a joke, the exchange actually ended up resulting in a candid and entertaining conversation with the head coach.
