Even after losing 5 consecutives ODI to australia and india ,why don't we see changes in england team?

Trott has been great find for England in the recently concluded ashes .England have to try him out before going to South Africa.India on the other hand ,found faults in their recent failures and brought back Dravid to fit in their ODI team .The experience of dravid did count in compaq cup .

Good cricket team are not built within moths but it takes few years.  Steve waugh made a good team in to great team only after 2-3 years .The team which won 1999 world cup  was not great team but good one. When they got in to next world cup(in 2003) they were strong outlet and didn't require services of steve waugh .

England should build their ODI team to reach pinnacle at world cup and right way would be to identify good young players in county cricket instead of persisting with dumb players who don't learn from their previous mistakes.Morgan ,is the only new player who looks encouraging .Bringing back bell, cook and trying shah ,boppara is not the way they should go about selection .They should try people like trott ,malan .
