Sorry Raider fans but it is time to admit that we've been had and made to look like fools..

Yes I admit I have been made to look like a fool and so have you.

I fully beleived in Tom Cable. I had my jug full of Raider kool-aid and my black and silver glasses on. I was sold on Cables 53 men commited to one purpose mantality. I believed he could motivate the team and have them playing for him.

And then reality set in. I couldn't have been more mistaken.

Tom Cable made the fans look like fools for believing. He made Al Davis look like a fool again for highering another inept coach. And he made the players look like fools for the lack of production.

I've actually gone to other teams pages and talked shit about how good my Raiders were going to be. Wow do I look stupid now. And who do I blame for that? Tom Cable for lying to us all and spreading false hope.

Based off of recent comments by Antonio Peirce, all Cable has succeeded in is creating one of the most talented practice sqauds in the league. I'm sure you've heard, Peirce said playing against the Raiders felt like a scrimmage.

The only reason we even scored was because we had luck on our side. One botched punt by the Giants. Then a blown fumble call, god forbid, in favor of the Raiders and then a short TD run by Michael Bush.

Too bad Tom Cable was given the task of building a competitive team not a practice sqaud.

We should have known Cable was a joke when we first heard he broke Randy Hanson jaw. And why do some fans still defend Cable? Because an un-named source said that the story Randy Hanson told Napa police didn't match the stories of three Raider officials who were present during the incident.

Well an un-named source told me that if you hold your head under water for thirty minutes it will increase your IQ, eliminate acne and help you get ripped in three weeks. If you beleive everything you hear from un-named sources try that one out and tell me how it works out for you.

And don't act like Cable wasn't given the tools to succeed. Thomas Howard, Nnamdi Asomugha, Kirk Morrison, Greg Ellis, Richard Seymour, Darren McFadden, Michael Bush, Johnnie Lee Higgins, Mario Henderson, Robert Gallery and countless other young talented players. As well arguably the best kicking game in the league.

I'm not claiming the Raiders are the most talented team, but this team has way to much talent to be 1-4 and of faced blowouts in 3 out of 5 games. So far the only teams who haven't blown the Raiders out are the inept Chargers and Chiefs.

Coach Cable is what is holding this team back. It is time for Al Davis to do what he should have done last year, scrap the team and start from scratch. He almost succeeded just he left two peices of trash from the Kiffin coaching staff on the team: Randy Hanson and Tom Cable. Had Mr Davis completely cleaned house and got rid of all the Garbage rather than just sweeping some of it it under the rug. Then we wouldn't be in such a predicament.

Though Al Davis is also is responsible for this mess. He is the only one who can fix it. Al Davis needs to see the error in his ways and higher a real coach. Tony Dungy, Jon Gruden, Mike Shanahan, Mike Tice as well as quite a few other good well respected coaches will be available. And if the Raiders don't get one of these guys then Al Davis will continue to look like a fool.
