I'm wondering if re-signing with Petty was the right thing for Bobby to do?

Would he have been better off looking into RCR's new fourth team?

Now that Petty has merged with a financial backer, will that help the team to compete? I think Bobby is a great driver, but he doesn't have the best equipment to be competitive.

The question is: why finish out your career with a team that is so unsuccessful?

    Bobby Labonte is by FAR Petty Enterprise's best driver. Bobby has been on the verge of winning a couple of races in the past few years, and I think one day we will see the #43 back in victory lane. Someday.
