This is a great year for the Hawks and the 76ers to make the playoff. They are young and can get much improve for years to come. For the Raptors and Wizards they have some work to do in order to go deep in the playoff. A draft pick will certainly help them.
For the Hawks, they need a shooting guard to back up their leading scorer Joe Johnson. They don't have a pick in the first round, so they can only address it by the free agent market. They have a young and balance starting five but they need to get better from the bench.

For the 76ers, they need a big man who can score along with Andre Iguodala. They have a decent back-court and just look at what they did to the Pistons this playoff. They also have a lot of money to play in the free agent market. Adding one or two good players will help them to be top 4 in the east next year and beyond. With the sixteen overall pick, the 76ers should select Kosta Koufos.
For the Raptors, they need a big man who can play some defense. Rasho Nesterovic has only one year left on his contract and they don't have enough money to sign a good big man. The number one pick from two years ago didn't help them at all. With the seventeen overall pick, the Raptors should select JaVale McGee.
For the Wizards, I'm not too sure about what they need since Gilbert Arenas and Antawn Jamison both become free agent in this summer. They also have a lot of money if they don't resign both of them. With the eighteen overall pick, the Wizards should select J. J. Hickson.
