UFC 106 Results: Forrest Griffin defeated Tito Ortiz. In UFC 106 post fight press conference, it was a great fight and people enjoyed the game a lot. Forrest Griffin negated all odds and won Tito Ortiz in a fight.

It was a well-fought fight where both Griffin and Ortiz gave an occasion to millions of viewers in splendid way.

Both the fans of Forrest Griffin and Tito Ortiz were cheering for them. In first two rounds, the cheers for Tito Ortiz were louder and his supporters merely became silent when Griffin performed better than him.

In the first two rounds, Griffin was able to hold his ground. Ortiz was never able to get him submit fully whereas in third round, the same Ortiz who was giving beatings to Griffin looked a pale shadow.

Later, Griffin did not allow the fight to slip. In the third round, Griffin performed with tired Tito Ortiz and was able to control the fight completely.

Hence, the total control took by Griffin over Ortiz probably prompted the judges to award the match to Griffin.
