Braves Sign Billy Wagner

Atlanta- Free agent relief pitcher Billy Wagner ,38, has signed a one-year $7 million and include a $6.8 million dollar club option for 2011 contract with the Atlanta Braves.

Wagner will be entering his 15th season in the MLB. Wagner won the 1999 NL Relief Man Award.

Billy has a 2.39 career earn runs avrage, 40 career wins, 38 career losses, 385 saves, in 833.2 career innings pitched.

Wagner will most likely be the Atlanta Braves closer with the Braves most likely letting Rafael Soriano and Mike Gonzalez go.
