A source close to me has told me that the Rangers and F Nigel Dawes have completed a 3-year, 3.3 million dollar deal that would go through to the 2010-11 season when he is 26.

    good deal. cap friendly a little over a million a year, keeps him from getting any offer sheets.

      Yeah they needed to get it done quickly. He's a solid player that I think teams would like to have. Should be interesting, a lot of RFAs that might be offered sheets this year.
