There have been many rumors circulating the Raptors lately mainly involving TJ Ford. Many players were rumoured to come to the Raptors including Boris Diaw and Jermaine O'Neal.
Now after lots of speculation, the Indiana Pacers have verbally agreed to trade 6'11" forward/center Jermaine O'Neal to the Raptors for guard TJ Ford, center Rasho Nesterovic, their first round pick in this year's draft and a player to be named later for cap space reasons.
O'Neal is a former MVP candidate who is also a six time All-Star. If healthy, he would be a huge contributer to the Raptors who are in need of another inside presence other then Chris Bosh.
O'Neal has had a lot of injury problems in the last year, one of the reasons this agreement is still verbal and not final. He still has to take a physical to make sure he is healthy, since the Raptors don't want to take an injured O'Neal. Here are almost 30-year-old O'Neals career stats:

Wow, long list, difficult to fit it all in. If Jermaine can stay healthy, this will be a fantastic trade, if not, it will hurt them dearly.
