You know who you are. You are the Oakland Raiders fans that bring hate and ignorance to the Bleacher Report crowd.

You are the fans that believe no one is accountable for their actions, no one responsible for being the best person they can be, and must be about race and opportunity.

This shouldn't be a place for football, but because of the First Amendment, it's your right to be here and preach your hatred and ignorance.

To believe the Oakland Raiders of all teams are practicing blatant racism among a group of primarily minority individuals is absurd. Even 30 years ago ago blatant racism in Oakland never existed. Al Davis has always been influential in helping minorities not only African Americans, Hispanics, Native Americans, and of course women before anyone else in the NFL

To even suggest Al Davis is a racist is no different than being a traitor. If you are true Oakland Raiders fan and believe Al Davis chose a white player over a black player because of race and not because one player is more prepared then please go jump ship and go find another organization to support because no one wants your ignorance.

Now the biggest question is how to avoid this character? Simply put, we must forget about him. Let him post his comments but not respond. I'm just as guilty as everyone else, but to do it you must forget him. After tonight I'm leaving him alone.
