Well It is official, Coach Cal has waived his magic wand and Brandon Knight has signed his letter of intent to play for the Kentucky Wildcats.

This was expected ever since consensus No. 1 pick John wall declared for the NBA draft.
Brandon Knight will have big shoes to fill but there is no better prepared PG in this years class to do such a job. So the big blue nation can collectively breathe a sigh of relief as the biggest question mark of the season has been answered.

According to Knight he will be attempting to help bring in more 5 star recruits with him, mentioning Josh Selby by name. So watch his impact as they head over to the Jordan Brand Classic.

Knight follows in a long line of highly touted Coach Calipari PG's, from Derrick Rose to Tyreke Evans to John Wall.  Only time will tell if Knight can live up to the hype and help dribble-drive Kentucky towards its first Final Four since 1998.
